I started Kaia because I was looking for a workout that combined high intensity workouts in a fun and non-stressful environment. After completing (using the word "completing" loosely) my first BRIK in September 2014, I knew I really enjoyed the environment that Kaia had to offer. The workouts were hard but a lot of fun. I decided that I would fully commit to the next BRIK in January 2015. Combining the workouts with the nutritional advice offered I was able to finally achieve success! In addition to losing lots of inches I gained confidence and a new outlook on my eating and the importance of working out. Now when life gets hectic I know I need to reset my priorities and get back on track. I always love going to the Kaia classes!
